I have just made a donation to the site and I am just wondering how quickly my credits will be added to my account. I am in no hurry, but I was wondering if something didn't go through when I didn't see the credits appear on the site.
Edited: I now see that I have the supporter badge, but still don't see the Download credits?

The only person who can check about it for you is Jordan, and I´m sure he´ll do it as soon as he has internet access. I really hope this is solved soon. Please, if the credits do appear on your acount before Jordan answers, reply on this topic so he sees that the problem is already solved.

Thanks, as of now I don't see the credits, but honestly I don't know exactly where to loo. Would they be included in the DC total right next to my picture at the top of the screen on the right?

Yeah - it seems that the site is having some hiccups here, Jordan. I donated $20 yesterday and it hasn't updated my badge or my credits (not that I am worried about that) but I DO want to make sure that pixelscrapper did in fact receive my donation.

For anyone that does not get their supporter badge or download credits after donating, please post here, and I will make sure that everything is sorted out, and that you get some extra credits to make up for the trouble.
Thought I would reply as you posted this over 24 hours ago now. Mine still hasn't updated. From the donation that I made on Thursday (I believe). Also just looking at the badges it would appear that Ingrid's has not updated yet either.
Mine also has not updated, but it has only been a little over 24 hours. Not sure how long it SHOULD take!

All donations should be processed immediately, and you should immediately receive the supporter badge, and download credits. Clearly there is a bug in the system currently. I am looking into this now.
Again: everyone will receive their download credits + bonus credits as soon as this is fixed.
So sorry about the delay in getting this sorted. The problem should now be fixed, and future donations should be processed immediately as intended.
As promised I have granted all of you who donated recently a bunch of additional bonus download credits to help make up for the delay. Know that when something goes wrong like this, we will ALWAYS work to make it right, even if it takes a bit longer than it should. Thanks again for your patience.
