I have Chrome and if I clicked the file, I got the error. I tried to open the file by right clicking and opening in new tab and it worked fine.

Marisa ~ I had the same issue with my own download files. I think most are seeing this issue since Chrome/Google has changed things & apparently it rolled out very recently. Tina gave the same workaround I use & suggest. I found if your site is an https but the link to your download is http it was classified as "mixed content" by Google and thrown into the "threat" category [grrr] This was the case with mine. I don't think it's happening with my files now tho since I made the download link to https. At least people are not sending me notices now and I myself can download without the warning. But all my older links I will have to change to https & until I do they will still give off that error. *sigh* Not sure how dropbox or FB is handled but I did notice on a different train I got that error with a dropbox download...have no idea how you would fix something like that. But it is pretty widespread. Anyway hope it helps some! ❤

Hey All! Sorry about the issues with the freebies this month. I haven't done anything differently than I've done any other month, so it seems like maybe Chrome made a change to what it considers a threat. The files are all clean, but if you prefer you can always download them through DigitalScrapbook.com, where they are also uploaded. I'll have Jordan look into what the deal is with the security.

All, if you get the security warning (seems to be in Chrome) you can either override it (tell it to keep the file) OR you can try using a different browser, like Firefox. I did it both ways and it works just fine.

My computer will not allow me to download either offering from you this month...says they are not secure and have malware attached to them...can this be fixed ?? I really enjoy your art and hate to miss them.

I get the warning as well (Chrome, at least), but scanned it with Malwarebytes and it didn't find anything. Should be safe!

Thanks for the two freebies, and especially for offering them both directly from your blog! The palette is great ... I love this year's take on the pumpkin-in-the-dusk-theme.

I get a warning message about the safety of the first download - unable to download and access it.

I'm getting warnings about the safety of your first download and an error message with the FB download. This has never happened to me with your downloads before. Is anyone else having this problem?
