About Me
I'm a freelance editor, writer and photographer. I picked up cardmaking as an art hobby more than 30 years ago. That led to scrapbooking, but really took off when digital scrapbooking software started popping up on the market. I stumbled onto PixelScrapper about 2014, which of course is now DigitalScrapbook, and right away began develping my design skills where I was able to do some small design jobs for hire, along with my regular editing and writing. I live in the beautiful state of Montana where I also teach water aerobics. Besides a passion for photography, I love sports, flyfishing, cardmaking, gardening, and walking. I peruse the net to learn new technique or enhance existing ones every month.

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
I saw this little diddy online with a photo of a beagle puppy giving the "Oh forlorn" look. After having this, our first-ever beagle (Jerzey), I realize that they're--apparently--all alike! This is one of her favorite "look at me and feel sorry for me" looks as she lies by the kitchen door, slowly wagging her tail, blinking her eyes, and shifting her eyebrows. I just can't stand the cuteness. I don't know who wrote the text, but whoever you are, I thank you for capturing the essence of her beagleness in these two sentences. This is a look that we experience and laugh at every day. "This Look" title uses Marisa Lerin's Oxford Alpha in copper. "My Favoritst Beagle" font is called Catchup and uses a metallic layer style from Heather Green Designs. Text font is, appropriately, called, what else? Beagle.

Loving how the eyes are made the feature inside the word "Look"
They all have that look and we all fall for it too! Love the glasses, when is the next check-up? LOL

Awe! That is so cute! This is a great layout and certainly shows that dog's personality!
Too funny! I have a Yorkie mix that has the forlorn expression down pat.
