About Me
I'm a freelance editor, writer and photographer. I picked up cardmaking as an art hobby more than 30 years ago. That led to scrapbooking, but really took off when digital scrapbooking software started popping up on the market. I stumbled onto PixelScrapper about 2014, which of course is now DigitalScrapbook, and right away began develping my design skills where I was able to do some small design jobs for hire, along with my regular editing and writing. I live in the beautiful state of Montana where I also teach water aerobics. Besides a passion for photography, I love sports, flyfishing, cardmaking, gardening, and walking. I peruse the net to learn new technique or enhance existing ones every month.

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
I used Brooke Gazarek's mini kit from the January 2018 New Day collab here at DigitalScrapbook.com. This mini has more papers than elements (which I love, along with the muted colors of this pallette)-- perfect for this layout because I just love this photo all on its own and didn't want to over-embellish. It was our first day out cross-country skiing on the first weekend of the new year, and it was a beautiful one.
