I have downloaded this over and over and it will be right side up but when it processes, it turns it upside down. I then tried taking it to Powerpoint and turn it upside down , and it still processes upside down. I have written Marisa for support. Sorry about this!! Please don't think I am standing on my head to load it Lol!!
