That's wonderful Robin! I would love to see them. Our history is so important, and I love to be able to save what I can of it. I am working on some right now of my husbands great-great grandfather...we have about 4-5 pics of him...but lots of records. I find it so interesting, and although my husband would never sit and look the info up, he loves when I share with him what I have found. The one I am working on now, was born in Germany, his father and older brother had already came to America. He and his siblings and mother took a ship from Harve, France to New York, USA then rode one of the first continental coast to coast trains to the west coast. It took them 17 days by train to reach Califorina.
Your page inspired me so, I did my first Heritage pages this weekend. I ended up creating 3 pages out of the one because there was so much to tell from one simple photo. Thank You for the inspiration
I have been married for 21 years have two beautiful children and love to scrapbook. Digital scrapbooking is still pretty new to me, but I like it! I have been teaching myself with the help of the internet.
