I just started playing around with these. I'm not sure how to color the text. I applied a style then used the paint bucket to fill in with a color. That makes the style only slightly distressed. If I color the text then apply the style, it distresses it but makes the text black instead of colored. Do you know what I'm doing wrong? I'm using Photoshop Elements 13. Thanks for your help.
